Refund policy

We want you to love your Morning Sun. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

 

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Because our body oils are a cosmetic product that touches skin, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

To start a return, email us at paigelindgren.partnerships@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll walk you through the next steps, including where to send your item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at paigelindgren.partnerships@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

 

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return.
